Full Form of IO RARC is "Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Co-operation" Or in Nepali Language "Hind Mahasagar Tatia Rashtrasangathan". It was established on 1997 March 5 (AD) (In BS 2053 Falgun 22 Wednesday). In this association (Union) 14 nations are involved like; India, Australia, south Africa, Oman, Kenya, Indonesia, Tanzania, Malaysia, Madagascar, Mozambican, Maurisas, Yemen, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. It works for help each other nations and for making good relation, it plays a Bridge role towards Asia, Africa and Australia.
